Single Cell Immune Profiling

single cell picking protocol on a microscope

1) Cell culture in a Petri dish or multiwell plate is scanned on a microscope to gain a large mosaic image. 2) Images are analyzed by software to recognize target cells. 3) Selected cells are probed by the micropipette to investigate immune cell adhesion on surfaces decorated by antibodies or ligands of cell surface molecules. 4) Analysis of drug effects on immune cell adhesion.

The Valve Control Technology is a perfect fit to answer your immunology questions.  Analyze antigen specificity, surface protein expression, full length paired B-cell or T-cell receptors and gene expression, all from a single cell.
